1. APPROVE AMENDMENTS TO RESOLUTION 2020-3 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CAMINO REAL REGIONAL UTILITY AUTHORITY WATER RULES AND REGULATIONS (ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THE CAMINO REAL REGIONAL UTILITY AUTHORITY WATER ORDINANCE (ORDINANCE NO. 2011-01) FOR THE PURPOSE OF AMENDING RULE 20 TO ADD SUBPART C TO ESTABLISH A CREDIT ADJUSTMENT POLICY & PROCEDURE RELATED TO WATER LEAK.

• ESTABLISH A TIME-LINE ON WATER AUDIT REQUEST.                    

• APPOINT A SUBCOMMITTEE FOR ACCOUNTS REVIEW.

1. APROBAR ENMIENDAS A LA RESOLUCION 2020-03 UNA RESOLUCION POR LA QUE SE MODIFICAN LAS NORMAS Y REGLAMENTOS DE AGUA DE CAMINO REAL REGIONAL UTILITY AUTHORITY (ADOPTADO DE CONFORMIDAD CON LA ORDENANZA DEL AGUA DE CAMINO REAL REGIONAL UTILITY AUTHORITY (ORDENANZA NO. 2011-01) CON EL FIN DE MODIFICAR LA REGLA 20 PARA ANADIR LA SUBPARTE C PARA ESTABLECER UNA POLITICA Y PROCEDIMENTO DE AJUSTE DE CREDITO RELACIONADO CON LA FUGA DE AGUA.

• ESTABLECER UNA LINEA DE TIEMPO SOBRE LA SOLICITUD DE AUDITORIA DEL AGUA.

• NOMBRAR UN SUBCOMITE PARA LA REVISION DE CUENTAS.
